He knows me - Inspiration
Is a bit of a celebration: it's sung with a thankful heart that He does know me personally. He knows me better than I know myself. Out of this understanding comes an inward desire to be used more in His work on Earth, so the second verse is really a request for the strength to make good of that longing, and step out more by His grace.

"HE KNOWS ME" Lyrics

I keep the Lord before me always
'Cause He's close by my side I will not be afraid
When He looks at me He sees that I'm not perfect
But He knows my heart just like I know my name

He knows my heart

He knows me

He knows me well

He knows me well

Jesus hold me in your blessing
And as we join together touch me with your grace
'Cause when I look at the world I see the people crying
So I call out Lord give me the faith to say:

"I have a great passion for music; I love it, it plays such a big part in my relationship with God. Sometimes we as musicians get so caught up trying to perfect our sound for the Heavenly Presence that we forget we do please Him by our effort alone. God loves all worship (not just music), as long as it's from your heart and gives him glory. So declare Him, tell of His greatness!!" - T.Sambrooks, Autumn 2002.
